Update 0.2.0

Hey there neon dungeon delvers! I'm back with a new update for neon dungeon! I've changed up the spawn area so that it feels a bit more natural and not just a game dev test area. In the future I plan to make it bigger with more things that I add. and with that, lets get to the actual list of changes!

new features!

- Map change: you now spawn in a cleaner and nicer feeling spawn area where you can test the different walls types and the newly added power ups!

- Health bar: you now will see at the top left of the screen a 4 segmented health bar! when that health bar is depleted you are prompted to restart and try again.

- power ups: there are currently 3 power ups in the game: 

     A power up that heals your health bar by one segment of health  if your not at max hp

     A power up that increases your fire rate for a short period of time

     A power up that increases the range of your bullets

bugs...

- none that I know of yet but they probably exist
